I don't like Aquaman...but I just researched him pretty deeply and this is what I have
Powers:
Undersea Adaptation
Telepathy (talk to fish)
Enhanced Strength and Speed (He can easily throw a car hundreds of yards)
Senses and Durability
Extra resistance to heat and energy based attacks
Enhanced Healing ability
Enhanced hearing
Can see in near perfect-dark
*He can talk to fish from GREAT distances
Enchanted Left Hand:
His left hand was enchanted by the Lady of the Lake and can do various things...
-Dehydrate people on contact, killing them instantly
-Has density, and can take him to the ocean floor quickly
-Shoot jets of scalding water
-Gives him his healing ability
-Can nullify magic
His weakness: He needs to come in contact with water at least once per hour...Kombat matches never take an hour...so he can easily slip into a kiddie pool and refresh. Or a bottle of Poland Spring
Just thought I'd share.

Dehydrating people on contact would be an awesome finishing move. I didn't want Aquaman in it but I now see that he could work.

Yeah, I know what you mean...It's easy to think MK vs DC means MK vs Superheroes...everyone (who likes the idea anyway) thought things like "Oh! Spider-Man! Iron Man! X-Men! Punisher! The Hulk!...wait...awww that's Marvel...We only get Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman...that sucks". Marvel is miles better, but DC is cool to me too.

I'm impressed... if he's in, I'd give him a decent go.

Yeah, it’s entertaining.
There’s about 15 characters and each one has about 4 to 5 special moves. And there’s a lot of levels so it’ll keep you occupied.

I think it would be pretty cool if Aquaman blocked like anyone else, but with his left hand facing foward and he didn't take blocking damage from any enegy based attacks...or a button combination like foward, down, back, square for example with a counter like move nullifying energy based attacks shot at him. Kind like Jade...

I've been an Aquaman for a while. Despite his undying Super Friends image, he's actually a pretty cool character, and quite gameable.

I dont think Aquaman would be able to fight half as good as anyone though. He has his advantages underwater. but MK is never underwater.
Mabey a mention of him as the realms merge. highly doubt he would last in the game.

They should try to 'up' his image. If hes not a playable charecter, then show him kicking some ninja ass in a mini-movie.
