Boon: No, you play multiple characters in this one. So you spend Chapter One as Superman -- it's not literal -- Chapter Two might be Batman. Chapter One in Mortal Kombat is Scorpion -- you play as Scorpion and you learn his moves -- and in his story he meets up with Sub-Zero, and you continue the path as Sub-Zero. You follow a character for a certain amount of time.

My idea is that a villain from one of the universes is responsible for what is going on and its actually part of a more complicated plan to rather destroy both worlds or control them. I think the heroes of both sides start out fighting each other, but join forces to defeat all the villains and reverse what is happening.

i thought the mk warriors have to defeat the dc warriors in order to save everything they know? think i read that somewhere.
maybe it'll be something like: the two universes merge, but this new bi-universe can't handle all the power, so one side has to win in order to "save everything they know".

I hope they take the story idea from Tekken 5 but make it have more story, more challenging and more fun I do look for these things in fighting games.
