I read it some where that it was planned to happen but since she was not in MK4 they didn't have much time to plan everything out but they still might and another place you can find it is Wiki but that is not as reliable as the other place I found it first

you unlock sindel in outworld..dont you?? or netherrealm? where ever sindel gets unlocked that is where you much search

I only know of one girl that talks in a deep voice and she says something weird that I didn't listen to
