I actually bought a Dreamcast just to play that back in the day.

So did I! But it wasn't that long ago. I went on a spree when Armageddon was announced to update myself on all the characters of MK, so I bought every game released and picked up any systems I needed to play them from pawn shops and used goods stores. Actually, Gold is one of my favourite MKs, the graphics are better than MK4 for Playstation, and of course the added stories and endings for the additional characters that were included. Overall, I was very impressed and was glad I did it.

Sorry, but I'm still against MK vs. DC! I want answers to what happened after MKA instead.

Great review. Though I would've given it an 8.5/10. And personally, I always felt that MK Gold should've been on the other systems because of the fact that they added inCyrax, Mileena, Kitana, Kung Lao, Baraka, and Sektor.

great review this was the best mk it had kung lao cyrax sektor quanchi reiko shinnok reptile cage and raiden..if they added kano and ermac it would have been perfect
btw Anyone know the differences between disc color

Yea, that was a downside, wasn't it? And it wasn't out long enough for them to redesign those big, bulky controllers like Microsoft did for the Xbox.

10000 wat better than mk4,but Deadly Alliance still the best 3D game for me(after Shaolin Monks,which is a adventure game).

No, the Dreamcast was killed by idiodic "gamers" who thought that the PS2 was a better "game system" cause it played DVD movies! Thats what killed the Dreamcast. Thats when I knew the world was one f!#ked up place...
