By now, we've probably all played MKD and its Konquest mode. We know the story: Shujinko is tricked into collecting the Kamidogu for Onaga, and Onaga wishes to merge all the realms together and resurrect the One Being by merging the Kamidogu together using Shinnok's Amulet. However, there is a problem. Shujinko only brought back together the Kamidogu for Earthrealm, Netherealm, Chaosrealm, Outworld, Seido, and Edenia. However, around the same time as Onaga's resurrection and possession of Reptile, Nitara broke the Vampire portion off of Outworld and created the realm Vaeternus. So this brings up a good point: Shouldn't Onaga have needed the Kamidogu of Vaeternus in order to complete his goal? Or is this just a plothole?

There are an Infinite number of Realms, but Onaga only needed the ones from those 6. Why? I have no clue. I'm guessing it's because Those 6 were the Main Realms, and They Each possessed enough power. If you need 5 dollars, are you going to go to 500 different houses and get a penny from each, or go to the rich people's houses and get a dollar from each???

Perhaps the one being once was all 6 realms together but once seperated it became the 6 realms. The other realms besides these 6 are apart of a bigger realm. But all connected to each other. Like what im saying is during the realms creation there was one place, one realm. ANd one day it broke up into minor realms. one of these minor realms may have been the one being and it cause troubles and so the elder gods broke it down into mini realms. the 6 realms of earth, edenia, seido, chaos, outworld, and netherrealm. So each realm has a kamidogu and once put together become the one being the one being Kamidogu can belong with the other minor realms kamidogus and once put together we would have the one realm. So the one being to our MK is just one of hundered of other one beings that can merge together and become 1 single realm. A connection of tunnels(portals) that all decend from one realm.
Just to show how big the realms are. This theroy was inspired by The Big Bang Theory.

Heres a chart of how I think MKs realms work. Each sphere represents a realm, or Kamidogu.
At the end the realms that stretch out of outworld I included outworld as one of the 3 that seperate from Outworld because outworld still contains other realms so it wouldnt change into another realm it would stay the same with the exeption of losing the other two realms. So basicly the chart shows that out of the six realms that are shown in MKD there are more than 6 realms from the One beings chain. Which still doesnt explain why in MKD we only needed to collect 6 kamidogu when Veternus and Sauria were no longer merged with outworld. Well this is simple. At the time that Onaga ruled he had conquered Veternus and Sauria so theyre Kamidogu would have already merged in with outworlds. So Onagas plan to put the kamidogu together came soon after where he knew he only need to merge 6 more realms together to reanimate the One being so his Holy men put the nexus together and on the alter were 6 placeholders for the kamidogu. Onaga sied shortly and so did this plan. When Onaga returned in MKD he was unaware that Veturnus and Sauria were seperated from outworld so he went along with what he knew and made Shujinko collect the 6 kamidogu. At the end Onaga never managed to try to merge the kamidogu. But if he had tried it wouldnt have worked because he still needed the two kamidogue from Veturnus and Sauria. So his plan would have failed any way.
I hope this makes sense because it took me a while to come up with this conclusion.

I wonder what Patrick Moore would think about this? Lol. He's an expert on the skies and everything. I wonder what conclusion he would think up.
