Improved: Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Jax, ShanTsung, Cyrax, Quan Chi.
Kitana, I would say Khan, okay I will anyway. And others.
getting worse: Raiden, Liu kang, J Cage, Reiko, "noob smoke" huh! that was alot of bulls$$$. I don't ever want to see onaga ever again  We already have enough big guys Khan and nem' are enough

While I agree with most of what you say, I am highly upset that you think Reiko is getting worse. Have you seen his moves from MK:A? His MK4 version is nothing compared to that. And furthermore the glimpse we have gotten of his attitude makes him way cool. They finally shed some light on his motives and his place in Outworld, and I am loving every minute of it.! But anyway, my list goes like this:
Getting Better: Reptile (sure they messed up in MK4, but made him better in MKA), Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Ermac, Reiko, Tanya, Kai, Mileena, Kung Lao, and Sektor.
Getting Worse: Liu Kang, Sub-Zero, Cage, Sonya, Jax, Cyrax, Motaro, Kitana, Raiden, Smoke, Sheeva, Kabal, Stryker, Sindel, and Nightwolf.

Getting Better: Sub-Zero, Mileena, Sektor, Sindel, Reiko, Reptile, Cyrax, Scorpion, and Kung Lao
Getting Worse: Raiden, Tanya, Liu Kang, Sheeva, Jax, and Stryker
I dont care for the others very much =]

better?? shinnok. his mk4 was like horrible they would have been better using shang tsung but yeah im glad he has new moves for mka gives him a chance raiden is getting better his mkd fighting style was crazy he had the longest combos and could easily 100% someone motaro is getting better i like his 2d form better its more easier to play as him and gives him better feel
worse..noob saibot i dont like where he is going story wise they gave him a non cannon story and he should have been a cannon character ehh kung lao was better but in mka he wasnt as good same with kabal and kira they were awsome in mkd/da but idk

I think Princess Kitana keeps improving over the Mk years and General Sonya Blade has gone worse (since MkDa). I hope her presence in Mk VS Dc will change that

So you think she'll be in it, eh? So do I! As popular as Kitana is (and who's not to say she won't be in it) I think the blond-haired, blue-eyed, pro-military Sonya has the slight edge in iconic status and thusly almost guarantees her presence.

Worse: Smoke(Change him back Human already jeez), Rain(His moves are better but his costume stinks), Liu Kang(kill him up will you ED?, you're next), Raiden(Back to life already),Jax (Metal arms? are you serious)?
Better:Sub-zero, I think his tip top point was MK:D but I mean he's still subzero coolest character in the game; Scorpion, becoming more and more deadly good for him; Ermac, one of the best good guys made by Ed boon i'm betting it wasn't his idea for his cool suit in MK:D that was someone else. Dont care for much others.
