What's with the Meat and Bo Rai Cho hate? You don't like someone because they are rip-off's from another character then you don't like someone because they're original? Wow, it's true that no matter what they try they'll never please MK fans.
I think the dumbest characters are Khameleon and Chameleon. People complain about un-orginal characters and yet they think these two are the better ones. LOL, makes me laugh.

As much as I am going to get flamed for this, I think Scorpion is indeed the dumbest character in Mortal Kombat. He is just a mindless drone out for revenge. No real story, just new and more exciting ways to want revenge.

Supposdely for years Scorpion thought SubZero killed his family and clan,Scorpion was the last of his clan.Then in Mortal Kombat:Deception,years later Shujinko helps Scorpion find out that it was actualley Quin Chi who tricked him into believing that it was SubZero who killed his Family,and clan.Scorpion Kills Quin Chi.Yet Scorpion still feels empty so he continues to wander from place to place in search of a new life.
hows that for a nice story huh.

Please don't go preaching the Mortal Kombat storyline to me, I know it very well.
I am saying that Scorpion needs to get over it, and get some character to himself. He needs a better storyline than "I want revenge". Seriously, if he's ever going to get my respect, he needs to get a life.

Sonya is a dumbass character. Never liked that prissy little bitch. Along with Johny Cage, Sonya just needs to disappear forever. Her character and bio are so totally unbelievably retarded. Me and everyone else in the military will tell you that:
1. Generals do not head teams out for hand to hand combat, they sit behind desks and make decisions.
2. No one makes General in under 30 years time in service.
3. What service branch is she? Her uniform is nothing that I've ever seen.
4. I do not think the Alpha or Bravo blouse is molded to the breasts, now or anytime in the forseeable future.
5. Anyone who could fight like that would not devote their lives to the military, they could make a fortune in the private sector.
6. Her hair is out of regulation. When in uniform, a female's hair cannot fall beloow the bottom of the collar. When wearing the beret, the hair must be worn in a bun.
The only thing right about Sonya (and Jax for that matter) is that the US military kisses the asses of women and minorities. This is to keep up numbers and to make sure everyone is represented in all different pay grades across the boards. 20 highly qualified white male Colonals were probably passed over for promotion because Sonya is a female. Jax got chosen for major over 30 or 40 white captains.
After 18 years in the Marines and two tours of Iraq, I know what I'm talking about.

Well, if you were an MK character, I'd say you were the dumbest. Check that spelling. Anyway, we don't exactly know how smart the people are, we just fight with them.

Though I still stand by my original point of view, I still think that Jewbixcube did make some good points. Interesting. Some extremely valid points there, Sindels_Slave, but I still feel it is necessary to debate you on this one. First of all, does this really affect Sonya Blade's intelligence?
Also, she is not directly involved in the United States Armed forces. She is in a secret branch of government called the "Special Forces", which was later made into the "Outerworld Investigation Agency". So this may be why she does not follow correct military code.

Well we learn over the course of their storyline how good/bad their judgment of things is, and how they approach things. This surely gives you some idea of the kombatant's intelligence.
