Lol, she does look like BloodRayne.
Kira was a bomb seller to terrorists(I think) when Kabal recruited her to the Black Dragon. He also recruited serial killer Kobra after helping him break out of jail. AFter a while, he had Kira and Kobra fight to the death. The winner would be a permanent mamber of the Black Dragon. The loser will, well, die.
Although the fight was well matched, Kira won, and she's been given the task to choose two more new recruits for the Black Dragon
*The part about her winning isn't technically canon yet, but it's almost definately what will happen.
