an Mk fighter who can float the whole match? That would be cool.

By float, do you mean slightly levitating off the ground (like Storm in X-Men Legends: Next Dimension/Mutant Academy) or like a full blown, Sindel from MKT float (near the topo of the screen)?

A slight levitation would be cool. That character would definately be faster than everyone else. Could be useful.
