-their special moves were lame
- i didnt like the acting
-jax beats motaro without his metal arms???!!
-the animalitys sucked and looked fake
-no reptile
-kintaro isnt in it
-sub zero lookes stupid
-THE MOVIE SUCKED!
Don't forget:
-That Sheeva looked fake.
-Sindel looks laughable.
-No Sektor!
-No Dan Forden music.
-This whole movie was a disaster!

I made a topic about this awhile ago. The second films main flaw was that it strayed so much from the actual story of Mortal Kombat. The first didn't follow it exactly but you could believe the changes they made.
The fights also weren't nearly as good. Characters die too quickly. It tried to do things that the budget and technology of the time didn't allow them to be done probably (Animilities).
There's a good few more reasons. Do a search to find the thread, there was a good debate in it.

yeah chris lambert was a better raiden. the first movie fights were a lot better. scorpion and johny cage fight and liu kang and reptile fight are the highlights of that movie. the second one didn't have any good fights. sub zero and scorpion fought very shortly and so did ermac. they show rain for like two seconds and shao khan bashes him with his hammer. i dont know, it was a dissapointment. thats why theyre not making a third one.

I only liked the movie because i was excited to see which characters would be in it. other than that i thought that the movie sucked.
-acting was very bad
-i hate when they used different actors in sequels, sonya was an exception tho she was hot
-the cgi was HORRIBLE, example that monster that pops out of the ground and attacks sonya after fighting mileena in the mud
-plot was stupid
-and some actors didn't fit the charcter's part ex. the guy who played shoa kahn, motaro, raiden, jade etc....
i hope the next movie will be good

Don't know how much they done if any, they haven't leaked much info for it, there a lot of speculation about certain actors saying that they would be in it like..
Robin shou - Liu Kang
Linden Ashby - Johnny Cage
Sandra Hess - Sonya
Chris Lambert - Raiden
"whats her face" - Kitana
Thats all i know, but its likely a few if not most ninja's will be in it too as it doesn't matter about the actors who play them.
Other than that all that is confirmed is its called Devastation, and will probably be out late 2006/early 2007 (my opinion).

they mostly sound like rumors to me. but it could be true. i just wish the fighting choreoghropher would be the guy that did the matrix fights and jet li's unleashed although it probably won't be him.

A lot of Matrix fight scenes were computer generated, prime examples include the final battle in M3 and the one with the 1,000 Agent Smiths.

i know. but there are some the arent. like when neo fights morpheus in the first one. the first matrix is the best the other two blow ass especially revolutions. i only like the freeway action from reloaded.
