Give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)
**Also note: if you put an N/A or "I don't care", the rating is automatically considered a 1.

Appearance - 1 (He ISN'T a real character)
Story - Don't Care
Specials - 3 (At least it's not stolen)
Gameplay - 3 (I don't use him, for I NEVER consider him as a legitimate character)
Weapon - 4 (It fits him, but still, he isn't a REAL character)
Meat has always been a sorry excuse as a hidden character, well, to me, and I still don't count him as legitimate character even with his own set of moves and specials.
