Give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)
**Also note: if you put an N/A or "I don't care", the rating is automatically considered a 1.

Appearance - 4 (Nothing special)
Story - Don't Care
Specials - 7 (He sucked when he debuted in MKDA, but with some additional moves in MKA, he is now a very good character)
Gameplay - 8 (Decent. Lot better than his debut MKDA counterpart)
Weapon - 2 (Should have gotten his own rather than having the same weapon Kabal has)
I wasn't a fan of Mavado at first, but in MKA, He is among the few who has been improved whole lot.
