The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)

Story - 5 First half was important, being Champion in all, but just stunk later on
Specials - 3 OK, if only he would stop doing Turkey impressions.

Appearance - 3 (Just a generic, Asian fighter you see in pretty much every fighter)
Story - Don't Care
Specials - 1 (It was good in the original, but it's now boring, and nothing new)
Gameplay - 0 (more than anything else, his gobbling makes me want to avoid him at all cost)
Weapon - 5 (It fits his bruce lee kinda character, but other than that, it's nothing innovative or creative, nor powerful enough)
Liu is one of my most hated character, not as much as Sub, Rain, or Stryker, but he isn't any better.
