Give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)
**Also note: if you put an N/A or "I don't care", the rating is automatically considered a 1.

Appearance - 6 (Nah, could have been better, MK3 is his best look)
Story - Don't Care
Specials - 7 (They are decent, but where is his dive kick, or the spinning energy shield?. I miss those moves, also, his MK2 version of the hat throw was better, since you could control it up or down)
Gameplay - 5(Not my cup of tea, could be better)
Weapon - 7 (Pretty decent, but I think he deserve a bit more)
Kung Lao is a good character, though he isn't my favorite. I can live without him. I am not too crazy about him, but I don't hate him either. He sits right in the middle of my favorites list.
