correct 
his name was cut off in his last two games (not including mksm)
he was wearing his alternite outfit in the mka photo
if in mk9 the saibot came back that would mean tobias comes back and im sure everyone would be glad with that
ok ok noob saibot wasnt playable in the game this was done in that being said this fatality was one of the biggest mysteries of mk

Okay, this is the toughest one I could think of.
The fighter breaks their opponent's neck 4 times and then their head untwists as they lie dead on the ground.
