Give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)

Appearance - 5 (Sort of like a Village People wannabe)
Story - Don't Care
Specials - 8 (This time, he isn't just a pushover, gained much needed additional quality new moves)
Gameplay - 7 (OK I think)
Weapon - 4 (Useless, though it does have couple of good kombos, but it really isn't better than his powerful hand to hand kombat)
