Give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)

Appearance - 9 (One of the original design that puts him in the 'PURE' 'NEW' Character, not like the recycled junks that are labeled as new in MKD)
Story - Don't Care
Specials - 8 (Great set of moves that are ORIGINAL not like most of the so called 'NEW' character craps in MKD. He is even better now with great new moves added)
Gameplay - 8 (He plays great)
Weapon - 9 (One of the better weapons in the game, if you know how to use it, it can dish out a whole lot of damage)
Hotaru is one of my better characters. He is definately in top 15 of my favorites list.

I just wanted to say my piece on all the characters, that's all! I've been an MK fan since the beginning, but have only been on this site for less than a month. And I didn't think these topics were that old (a month or two?) compared to some I've seen bumped. I hope MetaKnight does some more, with any new input calculated into the old ones. I think it would be cool.
