Give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)

Appearance - 8 (He looks quite cool)
Story - 6
Specials - 9 (All his specials are both very good and useful, he needs his Net back to give him the full 10 though)
Gameplay - 9.5 (he has some decent combos, both in MK3 and Armageddon
Weapon - 9 (He has a lightsabre dude! What's more cooler than a lightsabre as a weapon?  2 lightsabre's (Sektor), still a great weapon nonetheless

Story - Don't Care
Specials - 5 (Used to be good when he had his net, now, even his detonator is useless for it's distance and control sucks now)
Gameplay - 5 (Meh, could have been much better, he is one of the lower tiers)
Weapon - 7 (Decent I think).

Appearance - 3. His initial appearance was no great shakes to begin with, but it really pissed me off when Midway decided to unmask him. I'm no racist (and some clods will probably think otherwise after reading this), but what was the point of making him African-American?
Story - 6. I really liked the subplot of the LK automating the ninjas, but then he had to go join the Special Forces, which was a great big "Yuck."
