Give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)

I noticed this in Ashra's rating thing too, so i must say: Mortal Kombat Warehouse doesn't allow their images to be used on other sites, so that's why all we see in that box is their logo. So if you want to use character's pictures, i suggest you use the pictures from wikipedia. Every MK character has a picture on wikipedia, just right click, copy and paste from there.

Appearance - 9/10 - This character is what MK is all about: out of this world and bizarre things that can royally whoop your ass! His blades are BOSS, and his teeth are kinda creepy. I love his MK2 outfit, it looked pretty damn authentic for some odd reason. Of course, i must say, the amount of wrinkles they added to him in MK:D kinda took a point away from him.
Story - 4/10 - I am not 100% familiar with Baraka's story, i just know he's a Tarkatan, and he led the attack on the Shaolin Temple. So, he's in love with Mileena, and he works for hire? I'm not sure, I am sure though of the fact that he has betrayed everyone he's ever worked for, sorta like Tanya, and that makes his story the more interesting. But, if his storyline didn't catch my attention enough for me to know it by now, than it cannot possibly be that good.
Specials - 7/10 - His moves are pretty damn cool, but why do they all have to involve his blades? I love the Chop Chop move, I love the "back+HP" blade smack thing, the blade spin was a more than well received natural addition to his arsenal, but the blade spark was kinda dumb, i mean, what part of that makes sense? They should have kept him as a non-projectile fighter, and replaced that move slot with some other weird stuff like a burrowing teleport, or a special grab or throw.
Gameplay - 8/10 - It is VERY fun to play with this character, not just his special moves, just his style and his attacks... The only problem is that i run out of ideas in trying to keep the match interesting with him because it's really hard not to look like you're just using the same moves over and over.
Weapon - 8/10 - He has blades. Enough said. He is the only fighter whose weapons are a part of his body! The way he uses them makes things so much more awesome to, the fighter stance when he equips him makes him look like the savage that he is. But of course, you know, after having been using Baraka's blades before weapons kombat was integrated, i feel like he maybe should have been given an actual weapon in ADDITION to the blades. The blades should have been like a special move/combo only type of deal.
OVERALL - 8/10 - One of the most original characters of his time. Definitely a classic. Unable to figure him out exactly, but that's what his race is all about.

Appearance - 8 (Anyone who remembers that 1993 GamePro issue remembers the extensive concept process of the character. Bonus points for his MK Gold appearance.)
Story - 7 (Nothing special. He was the first of his race depicted in the series, though, so I'll give him credit for that.)
Specials - 6 (Pretty bland. Plus, his decapitation Fatality just got run into the ground like nobody's business. Yawn.)
Gameplay - N/A (I only played as him once or twice ever, and that was in the heyday of MKII.)
Weapons - 9 (His blades were a Wolverine ripoff and yet original at the same time.)
