Alright, I've decided to start a character rating game in which we will rate all of the main characters based on some given categories. I'm curious to see which characters come out on top in the end.
All you have to do is give a number from 1 - 10 (No more, no less) for each category. You may use decimals, but keep it below the hundredths place.
The Categories
* Appearance - (How good does the character look?)
* Story - (How well put together is the character's story? How interesting is it?)
* Specials - (How interesting are the character's special moves? How useful are they?)
* Gameplay - (How good is the character to play as overall?)
* Weapon - (If the character has one, how interesting is the weapon? How useful is it?)

Appearance - 5/10 - Her main outfit witht he hat and stuff looks pretty dumb, but her boots and pants rock, so her lower body is awesome? but in her alternate, it's the upper half that looks boss, and the lower half is not cool. so it's halfway good.
Story - 6/10 - The storyline is REALLY cool, the whole needing to redeem herself and get the hell out of netherrealm thing is pretty cool, the fact that she's Edenian doesn't hurt either. I have a weakness for Edenians and Outworlders that I can't explain. She's a demon, and she's evil, but she somehow got a demon' slaying instrument, which she wants to use to regain righteous status. But she's still going to be evil after getting into heaven, because it's in her blood, but having the kriss will keep her safe, so it CAN GET INTERESTING!!! With that said, he SEVERE flaw of this character is that they didn't emphasize her story well enough and they did not really give her story the depth it deserves and the shine that it needs, so that knocks it down a it.
Specials - 2/10 - Given the nature of her powers, she could have been a boss in the game, but they numbed her down so much that they ended up making her moves kinda suck. Don't get me wrong, her spin move is cool, but that's where the 2 points come from. For the most part her moves suck.
Gameplay - 2/10 - Nothing short of terrible. Her attacks and her combos are quite damaging, but not satisfying to excecute. Using her weapon is kinda cool, but again, that's where she gets the 2 points from. It's really upsetting to play with her, because you'd think that with her nature it would be awesome, but hmm it's not.
Weapon - 7/10 - Her weapon is pretty damn cool, especially the story behind it and the power it allegedly posesses, it's really cool to go into battle swingin that around, but again, it falls short, figuratively and literally. It's a demon-slaying kriss, it should be a little bigger, and a little stronger.
OVERALL - 4/10 - This is a character with MUCH potential that should be explored into alot deeper. It seems that the writers and developers themselves don't really know this character very well, they have to take time and sit down and find out what the character says about herself, study her. She was poorly executed, and DEFINITELY deserves a second chance, in regards to production value.

Specials - 1 (Nothing more than a rip off moves of Raiden, Kai, and Kung Lao)
Gameplay - 4
Weapon - 1 (Though many people saids it isn't, but it IS the very weapon she stole from Liu Kang in MK4)
I don't like move stealers, period.
