Jataaka gets my vote. Of all the minor characters, Jataaka is my favorite. She has the looks of my favorite X-Men(Storm), and in the Konquest(the mode I despise), she had a great moves, and have the potential to be made as a new, complete character if done right.
As for Kia.... Meh. The cars of that same name are bad to begin with, so why bother....  Plus, we already have Kai, so it will be confusing to some people if she makes it in. I know, minor things but....
