	Yes, with Wiimote controller. For example, a half circle makes one move in the Kreate-a-Fatality mode. 	I don't know about any other MK game having a one button fatality, but I do know that in MK4 after putting in the Kode, to perform 1 and only 1 fatality after choosing whether you want Fatality 1, 2 and or Stage when it says Finish him/her you push down & HP. -----signature----- MK_FTW: Please call me Daniel. I pretty much only played Konquest over when I borrowed my friend's Wii and played Endurance a few times. But to the question, yes it does do a different move when you move your Wiimote differently.
