Which characters can pull out a weapon during a fatality?

I've been trying adozen times with taven to get his sword out and it doesn't work whats the deal?
Can someone who knows, write outa list of characters that can use a weapon in their fatalities.
I know cyrax can thats about it.

No. He's just like everyone else in MK:A who can't pull out weapons. I thought Kabal could though.

it sucks because the fatality system fails and just to add on they gave only a few characters a extra weapon option
