Couldnt be, Kabal is less hairy than Kano and has lighter skin and he couldnt survive without that breathing thing. And in fatalities in mk3 you saw his face, and when i was 5 it scared the crap outta me. even more than pennywise from stephen spielburg's "it". and that was scary.
I dont mean to crap on your idea though.
