For those who played through konquest you probably were hinted that Reiko isnt fond of the sorceror for reasons that are unknown. Perhaps we could come up with some theories as to why? This should be interesting.

The events of MK4 probably have something to do with that for starters. Quan Chi switched amulets for his own personal gain while Reiko served Shinnok, and then later in MKDA, it looked like he had played a hand in Shao Kahn's death for a time.

He's prolly mad cuz Quan Chi has a higher status with two of his bosses than he did. Quan Chi was and still is right hand man of Shinnok, and now with Kahn's alliance of the big four, Reiko is prolly mad that he is not a part of it when its him and Kahn being the masterminds behind the recent battles.

People. Think about it. He wants Quan Chi dead but never said he completelly despised him. My best guess that I've been thinking of is that he just would like to see him die like anyone else. He might not hate him truly but he's a villian after all. Those kind of people want to see anyone die, who aren't allies.
