oh, i just remembered!
i was playing as subzero and i getting my @$$ kicked,so then i remembered in trilagy and mortal kombat 4 that u can use your ice clone in mid air. but then i thought, ok its problebly not going to work, just like in deception, but i did it and it worked! now im kicking @$$ with him; mabey even better than frost.
that air clone is very useful if you need to dodge an air kick from liu, or if you need more time in the air from scorp's flame kick!

i feel that now reptile has adopted pao chui you really have to know all the combos and strikes off by heart cause its a very awkuard style (i know this cause liu kang had it in mkd)

Even with a lot of practice, and despite having a lot of mid attacks, Reptile still is very difficult to win with. His Kirehashi Sunbeam pop-up only adds 1-2% to most of his combos, keeping his damage with it around 20% or less. Perhaps it can be an effective poker? With the exception of invisibility, his specials are wishy washy. But then, invisibility is cheese and I don't prefer to use moves like that on people, and its of course useless against the cpu. His air styles are not that beneficial to him either. Not really doing any more damage than his ground combos.
Now damage isn't everything, as I love Mian Chuan (Mileena's style) and I personally believe its one of the better ones in the game, despite around a 25% avg damage. And no matter what anyone says, Sub Zero is one of the best characters in the game, despite his rediculously low damage. He can be used to win easily without ever combo-ing past 26%.
Reptile though, I dunno. Just can't seem to make anything happen with him that isn't just luck.

Use an action replay. I could use an action replay with Reptile and I'd be able to beat anyone of these people reptile vs reptile my tip vs theres...so therefore I win..hooray for me!

Probably not I've never used an action replay. They might have something to change the hue of characters or something simple. But of course you can guess theres things in action replay to make you invincible or w/e.

A good thing about Reptile is this: He can be remade on KAF in various forms (including an exact MK3), and both his styles can be recreated almost pretty accurately. However, you can substitute his crappy Sunbeam pop-up for the visually identical, yet way better Leaf Cutter pop-up (although its listed as a knockdown) which will enhance your Kirehashi combo damage much more significantly. It also executes faster, making it harder to block or parry. You can also give him air styles more beneficial to him damage-wise like Cyclone or Bombardment, and Downfall.
I'll go ahead and post this for whoever might be interested in using it. This is what I used for my most recent remake of Reptile:
(From top to bottom just like the KAF layout. Obviously some spots can be swapped depending on your button preferences.)

Obviously you lose some moves and combos in KAF, mostly Pao Chui, but thats just the way it is. You can do more damage with your own Reptile even without betraying his current style attacks and combos.
The Kirehashi translation is near perfect. I could swear that attack 1 is actually Burning Pulse. But Burning Pulse causes a missed hit with the Slime Blade combo. Perhaps they specially tuned it for Reptile so it wouldn't miss. For us, Fire Lizard is extremely similar and provides the same effect to the enemy, without causing Slime Blade to miss.
