Can you do the flaming skeleton attack,you know,when he takes off his mask and shoots fire at you,How do you do it?

Well thats weird because one day I was playing with my nephew and he was frustrated that I was beating him,so he started pressing random buttons,and he did it,the attack he said he doesn't know how though,and another time I was fighting Shao Khan as Scorpion and I did it again.

Scorpion is my fav char, and it really annoys me that i can't do that :P

Quick attack -(square on the ps2) Normal Punch
power attack-(circle on ps2,the way you do the fist of ruin)
launch attack-(Triangle on the ps2) Uppercuts
Ok just click: Quick attack,quick attack,power attack
and you will do his low blow.
