i am at shao khan but my health bar is so small i cant even take down half his health. i need locations of all health upgrades please

If you're at the save point before Shao Kahn, go to Kitana's cage. Talk to her 3 times and a door will open to your right. Go through, beat Kano, and you will get a health upgrade + a health bonus at the fight.
I'm not sure but I think there may be another one before the snake head in the Living Forest. If you jump over the wall to the left of it there's something there.

thats it ONLY 4
1. During the Johnny Cage fight in the WuShi Academy. A gate will open telling you to grab a weapon. It is in that gate.
2. After beating Reptile exit his lair. Jump to the right of the living tree and wall climb up to a ledge. It's on the ledge.
3. When you enter the Wastelands, use Wall Climb to climb the back wall lined with skulls. Follow the screen right until you come across a bridge. Cross it, and on your left is the health upgrade.
4. In the Foundry, interact with Kitana about 3 or 4 times until a door on the right opens. Enter the door and help Jax fight Kano. After a brief movie, Jax will give you the health upgrade.
