It depends what location u are and what species this "thing" is... the only person I can think of is the Orochi Hellbeast.... but then again he is not stone... unless u are talking about the Clay Soldiers.... but they don't throw fire... and then there's scorpion who kinda sorta throws fire... the enviornment you described matches the wastelands so I am guessing you are talking about scorpion.... but just in case please be more specific we would like to help you out....
