He is in the wastelands...there's a door somewhere with bodies blocking it, if I recall correctly, you have to wall jump ( I think that's the ability ) up a wall and slice away at the bodies. It's very important that you bring a weapon to cut the bodies, though.
Kabal is at the top of a mountain, but, look out for the shokan's who are throwing large boulders at you.

ha thats not kabal its mavado because if it were kabal then he could get kobra or kira mavado still has hookswords though plus kabal has a mask mavado doesnt plus mavado goes around killin everyone that makes him a wanted criminal theres no reason to catch an imprison kabal theres a reason for mavado which is highlighted in green plus mavado injured kabal and nicked his hooksword thats why he droped them because they wasnt his why would kabal get rid of his own weapon okay point proven end of story got it

no it's kabal before his face got messed up and wears the mask.also mavado was not a character untill mortal kombat:DA

1. Kira, Kobra and Mavado weren't even around at the time of MK2
2. Kabal probably has heaps of hookswords.
