Just go to the option menu and then enter gameplay and finaly decide how long you wish the time to stand.

I'm still trying to test out why but I honestly got that same unlocked concept art screen after only 5 minutes.
What I did was i had ar max on with invincibility (since i had gone through ko-op mode myself thus needing two hands and not wanting to die). I let player 2 stand off to the side and i fought the elemental knights. After 4-5 minutes the message came up. I exited and found nothing unlocked so my guess is that this is an alternate way to unlock something since if you get a red koin and then immediately hit select and exit game it will still save what you just unlocked. I have tested this out many times and it is true. Yet, I am still working on the vs shao kahn stage 5 minute secret. My guess so far is that neither fighter can take damage for 5 minutes for this to work. also, whenever the knights hit you the crowd cheers. maybe this resets the "5 minute" timer. but at least i know this secret is true finaly.
