How do u get back to the beginning of the warriors shrine after coming from the soul tombs. I dont know how to get back there and open the warriors shrine. I went to goros lair and went in the portal to take u back to the beginning of the wu shi academy, but it takes me to the end. I need to get the warriors shrine

i had problems with this too... alright go allllllll the way back to the qu shi academy, then just keep going the way that you came from the beggining of the game to the wu shi academy, i think you'll cross a bridge and then youll see two paths, one theres like a pillar imn the path and you can only get through by jumping over it, or a stone of that evil dude, break the stone guy, and go right up to these huge gates and ull get the mission

I end up where the 2 academy's are and on the left are the 2 tarkatans and on the right is the 2nd academy then right beside that are the spikes with the 2 mask guards.

I know exactly where you are (if theres 3 firing tigers on the left). you need to go back further. go back to the first acedemy. go all the way back. just a little after goro's lair. The wu shrine is before that bridge that collapsed on you (remember?). directly across from that path will be a spiked pit you wil have to long jump. follow that path, destroy the evil statue. and continue. you will have to exit and will end up at the shrine gate. you might have some difficutlty getting in. You need the swing ability (the last one you get after deafeating goro and passing dead pool).
from where you enter the stage go to the left, jump on the ledge, pull yourself up, and there will be a series of poles to swing on. while swinging on these, you will cross to the right side where you will see a golden budha thing, interact. He will say you offered something to the shrine. The gates will open, jump down and go thru the gates. SMOKE #2 COMPLETE. but dont go back yet
Secret battle: ERMAC
at the very end of the shrine you will see some stone MK1 charecters. the one on the very left is ermac. Why is he there? If you interact with the statue 3 or 4 times, ermac will pop out of the statue and fight you.
