Where do I find the Wall Jump ability?

I'm at the stage where I need to goto the wastelands.
I know how to get there but cant get up the wall, I have Wall Run and Wall Climb but not Wall Jump.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

the wall jump ability is after you beat baraka at the top ofthe rising platform
