Alot of the posters in the forums have some growing up to do. They must understand that being a mod isn't special, it is just a duty. I was thinking about applying but I chose not to because I enjoy chatting with no responsibilities to uphold.

You should get at least 3 more. I don't recommend myself to be a mod because I don't have the time I'm in college.
Also it doesn't pay. But there should be at least 3 more.
