	For all the new mods have strenght because only the strong will survive. The Trolls aka the villains shall always return if the banned ones don't a newer worst one will join the boards. I will try my best to give you guys tip off but I wont be on here as much. 	The second candidate couldn't do it, so I have to pick someone else. I have all the paperwork all set, so once I get someone picked, it's just a matter of getting them to fax it to me.. 	Hehehe, yep.. she's doing a great job! We went from about 200 posts per day to more than 2000 posts per day (at one point last month, we were around 5000 posts per day!), and it was just impossible to keep up with everything. 	I've got to commend the moderators as I've been part of many forums. I've been part of several forums that were dictated by attention starving, power flexing unprofessional moderators. Granted at times I perhaps took a step over the line, but nothing that major.
