..I can't find a Icon I like I've went through most and still can't find one I like anyone know a good icon (Most of the fighters I like are in my sig excluding Taven)

I don't use an Icon. I never have. I can't find one that fits me either. You could make your own and submit it.

No, you submit them to Sheyla, she then approves wether they are good enough, and then she uploads them.
