H20, rains older brother, his body is water of course.
Almost became and elder god until raiden stopped him in the first tournament. He was one of Shinnoks secret ninja's and assassins. His costume is navy blue. and his skin is ocean blue. He has the power to manipulate water, and anything that has water in it. He has mind control that way. And thanks to shinnoks lessons, he can mimic certain powers. but theres only one he cannot, The Dragon, Liu-kang's Chi; he cannot mimic. H20 is evil and therefore will never learn the ways of the monks.

Rain's older brothers are Tavin and Daegon. you character idea sounds like something from Mythologies. i don't see how he can almost become an elder god and be stoped by Raiden. what do you mean "way of the monks" did he join a group of monks. and wrong section

How is that possible Grass Hoppa!!!!!!! 
Did I miss something in the MKA konquest or another konquest
and by the way noooo he didn't. If you never grew up in monk ways how can you ever have the knowledge they have.
It's like living in America taking self defense classes.
And living in Japan and Taking self defense in the Shaolin Temple. Theres a really big difference.
And if your evil you wouldn't have learned it unless you turned evil after.

H20? Don't take this the wrong way, but if they were to make such a character, I think a better name than that would definitely be needed. Kind of generic.
