Who should I contact with? I called Midway but was told I have to NAME the person in order to talk to him/her.. LOL..

If I remember right, Midway partnered with others for it.
That's how I got into the beta. 
Anyway, not sure who you can contact for that, but I'll try to find out.

Partnered was a loose term.
Publisher or distributor is a stronger one.

I tried Midway and its distributors in east/central/west, with no luck. They don't sell LOTRO though..
So weird..
Yes, I need 800, for 2 month, I guess..
It is a biz, not just for fun.

Try Amazon or something... pretty sure that they won't have 800 copies, but they'll have a few.
