There's an original game in the works up at Surreal's Seattle studio that's looking to put the sin back in Sin City. Prepare yourself for a different approach to the open-world game. This is Vegas takes the oft visited genre and fills it with everything Las Vegas is known for: gambling, parties, fast cars and scantily clad girls.

Please Midway, get the licenses for the real hotel names!
I want to gamble in the "Excalibur" the "MGM" etc. and not in "King Arthur" and "NGN" or so.

Having a license would severely limit what you could do in the game (and make it astronomically expensive to develop, licenses aren't cheap!). Like meeting a hooker in the lobby of the Belagio probably wouldn't sit well with the hotel's owners. And "simulating" a robbery of the MGM Grand casino probably wouldn't fly. You can see TIV's hotels/casinos on this map.

I'm looking forward to this game. So much so that I created this blog to cover all news and stuff about it.
Does anyone know if Richard Rouse III is involved in the game?
And is there a way for me to sign up to get press releases? That would help alot, since I'm trying to gather all information about the game in one place.
I really liked The Suffering, so I doubt this game will be anything but great.

VERY excited about this title. Brings to mind the TV series 'Las Vegas'.
Really hope the DLC which ign mentioned will include a lengthening of the strip. Added casinos, perhaps with a gigantic pirate advertising cigars or something... ;-)
Man, haven't been this stoked for a title for a long time. Looks sweet as hell.
