Fight with low attacks like aim low with kicking and punching atleast that works for me

well the cheapest character is MKT was noob, he had down, front, low punch and if u d it really close to Motaro, he won't be able to block or attack for a long time and keep doing it.

There are 2 ways to beat him without getting hit, or with hardly getting hit at all at least.
1) Jax: do his "Gocha punch" F, F, LP (I think) over and over again really fast. This almost always works for me. Jump kick him first to get him on the ground then do that. If and when he starts blocking, jump back and get ready to do it again. Jump kick, "gocha"... rinse repeat.
2) Baraka: Easiest way to beat him period. Do his blade spin move and move toward him while spinning. I don't know if this works on both the N64 version and the PS version, but on the N64, he almost never blocks that move at all. He goes down in seconds.
