	A story about the Special Forces simply doesn't mix in with the magic-circulated stories of the MK universe. Heh. Just watch them somehow remake the Mk1 storyline to make her the MK1 champion instead of Kang. "YA. THAT'LL WORK." -----signature----- The name's E. Evil_E. Just call me E_E. The last two movies were already focused on Liu Kang, so we can assume it won't be him again. The thing about Mortal Kombat is that it isn't as famous outside of its country of origin as Street Fighter is. Making a movie about one character would be a mistake (unless they want terrible sales). Well they haven't been making cleaver choices lately. What with releasing a half-a$$ed completed game: MK Armageddon and then screwing over the fans with the promise of a "back to its roots game" and then making MK vs DC... 	Anybody can act, if you have lied so many times or pretended to be sick so that you could get out of school, that would be acting everyone acts every day and they probably don't even know it. but except the ones that try to get out of things lol. I know coz I used try to get out of school when I was a kid by telling my parents that I was sick. I mean, most of the original MK came from Bloodsport, Enter the Dragon, and Big Trouble in Little China. All 3 movies are cult classics and are still awesome to watch even to this day. I'm sure they won't though.[/quote] well yeah those 3 films r really kool, i still love watching the first street fight in big trouble in litle china juss b4 lo pan gets run over lol cant really find that particular scene on internet tho. well regarding the 3rd MK film i personally dont think its a gud idea tbh, especially if its got a bunch of actors/actresses fighting, goin on from one fight scene to another with a stupid plot. as i sed b4, a CGI film with all the gorey MK style visual effects etc will be a far better option n will probably gain more interest....

It seems like they are better planned as well. If you noticed, RE: D and FFVII took place after the games and is actually cannon with the story. RE: D took place in between 4 and 5 and is cannon with the games. It's like you said, they could make it gory just like the games. Even if they didn't show it in the movies, it would still sell well. Actually, I wouldn't mind seeing an MK anime series based off a Ninja Scroll style design.
