They were both fighting games that were in some way ripoffs of MK.
Tattoo Assassins never got released. It was a game with digitized actor graphics and like hundreds of fatalities including nudealities.
Aggressors of Dark Kombat was a funny fighting game that came out around 94. The game itself wasn't a ripoff but the Kombat most likely was. It was a terrible fighting game where you could move around the screen like a beat-em-up and you used one of the buttons to jump.
