Since MK vs DC is MK8, what will be MK9? Another crossover or a real MK game.

Hopefully MK9 will explain some things such as characters appearances in MKA and who died. MK vs DC sounds ok to me but it seems like their trying to change the subject of whats really going on in the MK Universe and make us forget about everything and just carry on.

That's one reason why I'm not happy with the crossover idea. It puts answers to MKA on hold.

It will be a MK only game, see this time it was the odd ball MK game turn.
MK Deception--real MK game part 6
MK Shaolin Monks--odd ball game...even though very good
MK Armageddon---real MK game part 7
MK vs DC---odd ball game
MK9---real MK game part 8.
ed boon stated in a few interviews long time ago they where going to do this.
