I think it will fit better than DC, mainly because I know alot of familiar Marvel characters and can easily compare a character against a characters.
Scorpion - Ghost Rider
Sub-Zero - Iceman
Reptile - The Lizard Man
Baraka - Wolverine
Mileena - Elektra (sp?)
Kenshi - Daredevil ?
Kano - Cyclops ?
Kitana - Psylocke ?
In the end, I dunno if I will still like the idea of a VS game anyway.

DC is way better than marvel.
the powers would be more even if it was marvel though. DC has some rediculously strong guys.
i guess marvel does too, but they dont have anybody like superman, darkseid, doomsday, martian manhunter....marvel doesnt have anybody on that level.

well whether marvel fans would admit it or not , but batman and superman along with joker and catwoman are by far the most recognised comic characters in the world. No matter how cool some of the marvel characters are

dc used to be popular
but now-a-days spiderman wolverine and the fantastic four are easily more recognized then everyone in dc except for superman
i garuntee there will be characters on the dc side that people dont know

While characters like Spider-man and Wolverine are more popular than most DC characters, they are still not as recognizable, at least in the global community. Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman are the trinity of comics. Everyone knows who they are.
Also, a lot of people seem to rule out DC for some reason as if they are not even competitive with Marvel, but that is absolutely untrue. Check out this 2007 article from About.com on the Top Ten Popular Comics. Six Marvel and four DC. While Marvel has the advantage, DC is still a force. And what will probably shock people, Action Comics is listed higher than Wolverine. At the same time, Batman is above Spider-man, and JLA is number two right behind X-Men.
Anyway, I guess my ultimate point can be likened to sitcoms. House of Payne is currently much more popular than I Love Lucy. But current popularity does not necessarily make a franchise more iconic. While Superman, Wonder Woman, and to a lesser extent, Batman are no longer on top of the world, they still have more name power than any characters from Marvel.

I think Dc Can Be A little more gritter at times with like evil super man dark knight batman and other characters so they fit in the game a little better then mavel characters lol i think it probly would have been tight to have Dark Horse COmic characters insted Come On there darker then this and fit in Better Hell Boy Do i even need to go on
