you guys are being a bit overdramatic....it's not like there won't be any solo mk's anymore...think of this like a test game for the next MK that will come out on the next gen systems
and if you don't like the idea/concept of the game........don't buy it

Maybe so, but I have a feeling every MK fan will eventually buy this game at some time during their lifespan. Sure, you guys don't like the idea.. Sure, you don't think those two franchises don't belong together.. But I think every game in this planet deserves at least one chance before being dumped.
I'm not exactly a fan of this idea either, but I definitely will get this game and give it a chance. The fighting system might be the best so far(which according to Boon, it is) so who knows? Putting aside the story of the game, this might very well be the best MK.. No, maybe even the best fighting game in history.
Maybe it'll be the worst game ever, but who knows, right?

I'll wait until the next MK arrives to buy another game in the series. You pose some good points, but I'm just not feeling this crossover idea.

besides,i've seen a lot of great T rated games,so why would a T rated mk game turn out bad?

Because MK isn't meant to be rated T. Just one of a few bad ideas about this upcoming game that I think could have a negative impact on the MK franchise. Someone on another forum said that a T rated MK game makes about as much sense as an M rated Mario game. Makes sense to me.

I still can't believe it's T-rated. But a T-rated game can still be brutal and violent, right? Just not at the same level as M-rated games.. :/
