Midway fooled us all we thought we were getting MK8 but we r not. the game they have been talking about for a while is NOT MK8 its MK vs DC. who knows when MK8 will ever come out

They did however there are 2 other possibilities:
-They were told by Boon to keep the rumour going
-They werent allowed to mention MK8

I feel like I'm dating myself every time I mention the OLD MK games, the ones that were in the arcades. Believe me, it's not going to happen the MK vs DC game, trust me, I know that it's a gag, or if anything it'll be some minigame or even koncept art. You have to know how boon is, and I love what he does, but he knows what the true fans want, and it's not this, so don't be shocked to see that it's all a joke.

honestly im thinking it is a joke aswell and could even be a KAK just showing improvements in the system

It makes more sense to not be a joke if the game is exclusive to the Wii (i'm not talking about if its the case where an MK vs. DC is released on all 3 platforms) looking at the trouble Midway is in, i wrote a lengthy post on Midway's motives in the 2nd page on this board 'neither midway nor boon can be blamed'

Now that is an interesting idea, maybe they've licensed it to make the KAK have unlockables to look like DC characters. I mean with the new systems, and the fact that the PS3 is getting the 80 GB one, it's going to be intersting to push their limits, watch it have "Marvel" characters as well, or "Street Fighter" characters. Remember the game Fighter builder or whatever, maybe you we can build a fighter from the ground up, and make it literally look like anyone we want. The possiblities will be endless

You know... trmk has cooperated with the MK development team to fool us before. Granted that was an april fools joke, but who knows. We'll find out for sure soon enough!

Batman has been pretty violent, especially in graphic novels. But you have to think... not every DC comic has done that. You don't see Superman killing people really. And you KNOW there's no way they would make a DC comic crossover game where Superman rips someone's spine out and throws it on the ground.
