New Rumor: 2 MK Games in works: MK vs DC for Wii, MK8 for PS3 / 360
|
Some sites and forums are reporting that there are actually 2 Mortal Kombat games in developement. A T-rated MK vs DC coming exclusivly for Wii with a more action adventure theme in vein of Marvel Nemesis. This is a spin-off.
Another game in works is an actual next-gen MK game in developement for next-gen consoles which will continue the series classic tradition.

I hope this is true. Though i actuly kinda hope MK vs DC gets ported to PS3 or maybe even PS2 latter cause i'd like to try it.
Imagine Reptile vs Killer Crock, Shao Kahn vs Darkseid, Kintaro vs Doomsday, Sub-Zero vs Mr. Freeze, Raiden vs Livewire, Kitana vs Catwoman, Batman vs Mavado, ECT.....
And for the sake of those that own a WII that MK8 eventully gets ported to WII.

Nice ideas. More than anything, I want to see Joker in this game. If he is in it then I might be persuaded to get MK vs DC.
I want to perform a fatality with Joker on Catwoman or something.

You know what i've always wanted for a beat em up, the option to have 3 or 4 players fighting at once like Super smash bros, last man standing wins

I have a Wii myself,, and im not looking foward to an Mk vs crap.. But i'll tell you.. if its true and they are making two.. I would be ok.. as long as the ps3 n Xbox360 get their Dark, bloody MK, that was promissed to us...

Definitly agreed. If there is indeed a really dark and bloody MK8 for PS3 and 360 then I'm good and might get that spin-off if it comes for PS2 and Wii as well though I DON'T want the real MK8 on Wii or PS2.

the real MK8 wont come to ps2 or wii i think since they wanted MKA to be the last game on the last gen and then they puy it on Wii so i dont think any of those will get MK8
