What where you come up with that? I know there was a Batman Vs Predator comic but still Predator is not a Dc character nor was the movies from WB. Predator is from DarkHorse comics and Fox.

The one with Kahn is definitely fake. The composition is horrible, as it looks like there's a white guy's head coming out of Kahn's shoulder. Some fanboy with too much time on their hands came up with that one.
