How would you feel if this happens? Which it most likely will.
If that's the case, I see no reason for buying the game. The blood, gore, and fatalities are what, for me, made this game distinct and different from being "just another fighting game".
If it's true, I guess I'll be waiting 3 or 4 years for for a MK to return to it's old ways...if it does.

I totally agree. MK and DC would just be too stupid. For me DC has always been the lamest of all the Super-Hero companies. If they want to make an MK game for 8 year olds don't knock on my door.

Wouldn't care so much, it's a spin off game, as long as it's fun to play then meh about blood and fatalities.
