this is absolutely the most retarded thing I've ever seen in the MK franchise, Downhill it is for this franchise , well , it was good while it lasted ( up until MK4 that is )... really , what a bummer and a sellout!!! so dissapointed right now , I just want to throw all my MK games away.... what a waste of time....

Expected, of course I had since September to prepare for this news and accept it, I'm not the least bit disappointed. I actually think this could elevate Mortal Kombat to compete with other fighting games in terms of game play and make it a more mainstream series once again.

Im not happy about it being DC... if it HAD to be a VS why not pick something better....MK vs Street Fighter would of saved Midway some fans and a bit more respect I think
Then again I never played MK and thought...Gee you know I wish they would throw in some stupid ass Comic Characters...that would be swell.

True folks, they just blew everything away. I don't believe I wasted more than a month visiting noob.com day and night just to find this downhill move by Midway. its due to Mortal Kombat that I came to love TNA-Impact and Vegas game, the reason I knew its from the same developers who make my beloved MK series.
Just so, so disappointed right now... the next-gen never came for me. The ultra pretty Unreal Engine 3 wasted.
I would have been way happier if Midway had made a sequel with a new story and even as few as 7 characters like the first MK game. Even the rumour guy AlanZ's lie-based rumours were better than this. One thing is assured though, that what trmk.org says consider it written in stone... they did speak the truth.

I registered yesterday because I was really excited to talk about the game series I've loved since I was like, 7 years old.
I am saying I am disgusted because the game series I've loved since I was 7 years old now features garbage like Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
If you think our post counts are any indication of our history with Mortal Kombat, then you are seriously mistaken.
